1. Agreement

By using Zoonk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Zoonk.

2. Who can use Zoonk

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Zoonk only with authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
• If you authorize a minor to use Zoonk, you are responsible for that minor's use of the service and for accepting these Terms on their behalf.
• Your account must be personal and accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Plans, payments, and refunds

• Zoonk offers a free plan with limits, paid subscriptions, and may offer individual digital course purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel future renewals at any time through our website, the App Store, or the Play Store, depending on where you purchased the subscription.
• For purchases made directly through Zoonk's website as a consumer, you have the 7-day right of withdrawal required by Brazilian consumer law for online purchases. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@zoonk.com within 7 days after the purchase, subscription start date, or receipt of the service, as applicable.
• If your purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play, billing, cancellation, and refund requests may need to be handled through the store where the purchase was made.
• Refunds outside legally required cases may be provided at our discretion.
• "Unlimited" plans are subject to a fair-usage policy. This means unlimited personal, human use, not automated access, bots, or any means to bypass rate limits.

4. Content and AI

• Zoonk uses AI to generate educational content. AI content may contain mistakes.
• Content is for educational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
• You keep ownership of content you upload or create on Zoonk, but you give Zoonk a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, process, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, and improve Zoonk.
• This license includes using your prompts, uploads, answers, feedback, and other user-generated content to improve Zoonk's AI features, including evaluation, safety, quality control, training, and fine-tuning of systems that Zoonk operates or configures, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• We may send prompts, user-generated content, learning data, and generated content to AI infrastructure and model providers when needed to provide or improve the service.
• You must have the rights and authorizations needed for any content you upload, including authorization from a parent or legal guardian when required.
• You must not upload or share:
  • Illegal, discriminatory, hateful, or harassing content.
  • Religious or political promotion.
  • Inappropriate language, violent or graphic content.
  • Pornographic or sexual material.
  • Content about drugs or other harmful substances.
  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Sensitive personal data about yourself or others unless it is strictly necessary for your learning use and you have the right to share it.

4.1. Pages

• Users can create pages representing brands, businesses, communities, etc.
• Unless verified, pages are considered community pages that anyone can contribute to.
• Verified pages (a paid feature) can restrict contributions and designate official administrators and editors.
• Brands or organizations may claim ownership of their related pages by providing proof of identity or authorization.
• When a claim is approved, control of the page will be transferred to the verified representative, and previous admins may lose access.
• Zoonk reserves the right to approve or deny claims and verification requests at its discretion.
• Community members may create and contribute to pages about brands or organizations they do not own, provided it is for educational or instructional purposes and does not harm or misrepresent the brand. These contributors may lose access if the brand later claims and verifies the page.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Zoonk to:

• Spam, abuse, or disrupt the service.
• Harm others or violate laws.
• Abuse chargebacks, payment methods, free trials, promotions, or subscription tiers.
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any non-human means to access the service or generate content.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, rate limiting, or other technical restrictions.
• Access the service through unauthorized third-party applications or tools.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from Zoonk through automated means.
• Share account credentials or access tokens with others or automated systems.
• Create accounts or pages to impersonate another person, brand, organization, or community.

We may suspend or delete your account at our discretion if you break these rules.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including your rights under Brazilian data-protection law.

7. Ending your account and content

• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@zoonk.com.
• If you delete content, or if we remove it, that content may be unpublished or deleted so it no longer appears in normal product surfaces.
• Removing content from Zoonk does not always mean every related internal record is instantly erased.
• We may keep limited records when needed for legal compliance, billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, abuse prevention, backups, dispute resolution, preserving learning history, or maintaining platform integrity.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially for rule violations or abusive behavior.

8. Consumer and legal rights

• Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.
• If a mandatory legal rule conflicts with these Terms, that mandatory rule controls.
• Our limitations of liability apply only to the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law.

9. Disclaimers and limitations

• Zoonk is provided "as is," without guarantees that the service will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
• We are not liable for errors, interruptions, or losses caused by using the service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• AI-generated content must be checked before you rely on it for important decisions.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes must be handled in the courts of Brasília (DF), Brazil, except where consumer-protection or other mandatory law grants you a different venue or right.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app, by email, or on our website.
