Form present-tense sentences with common routine verbs, including stem-changing verbs such as fahren, lesen, schlafen, and essen. Choose the correct verb form for each subject.
Use separable verbs such as aufstehen, einkaufen, anfangen, fernsehen, and anrufen. Place the prefix at the end of a main clause and keep it attached after a modal verb.
Describe personal-care routines with sich waschen, sich anziehen, sich duschen, sich rasieren, and sich die Zähne putzen. Match reflexive pronouns such as mich, dich, and sich to the subject.
Express how often activities happen with immer, meistens, oft, manchmal, selten, nie, jeden Tag, and einmal pro Woche. Compare frequency and place these expressions naturally in a sentence.
